Groomer Job Description

Our Family Vet is a busy veterinary practice that has served the Bullard, Tyler, and Jacksonville area for over 20 years. Our Family Vet is looking for a Groomer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bathing and grooming.
• Assist and provide high quality grooms per clients wishes.
• Reporting changes in animal behavior, health or concerns to Vet or Hospital Manager.
• Proper restraining of animals.
• Washing, drying, and folding laundry.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more, stoop, bend and stand on feet for long periods.
• Entering data into billing system.
• Maintain and adapt to daily schedules.
• Travel may be required.
