Dr. John Alexander, DVM
Dr. John Alexander graduated from Texas A&M University in 1990, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. He also received a Doctorate degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1997 from Texas A&M. Alexander married his wife, Misty, in 1993, and has a son, Jody, who is currently studying at his alma mater. His special interests include surgery. In his free time, he likes sunrises in the mountains, and sunsets on the beach.
Dr. Richard Asbury, DVM
Dr. Richard Asbury graduated from Ohio State in 1981. He practiced emergency medicine and small animal medicine in Virginia for 30 years, 26 years of which he owned his own small animal practice before moving to Texas in 2011. Since moving to Texas he has focused on relief work and high volume spay neuter surgery. Dr. Asbury has worked for Our Family Vet in Bullard, TX since 2013. He enjoys internal medicine, general and orthopedic surgery and nutritional/holistic medicine.
Dr. Taylor Strange, DVM
Dr. Taylor Strange graduated with her bachelor’s in biomedical science in May 2015. In 2019 she graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine with her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. During Veterinary school she volunteered at Kainer Veterinary Hospital in the Reptile Hospice and Sanctuary of Texas, performing research with Quaker parakeets, and veterinary work abroad. Dr. Strange has combined her passion for veterinary medicine with her love for international travel and was involved in Veterinarians without Borders at Texas A&M University.
